Depression
Symptoms of Depression include sadness, difficulty sleeping, difficulty concentrating, and feeling worthless. Depression is often treated with both medications and psychotherapy.

Anxiety
Anxiety includes social anxiety, generalized anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, panic attacks, and post traumatic stress disorder. Anxiety is often treated with both medications and psychotherapy.

Bipolar Disorder
Bipolar disorder includes symptoms of depression (feeling down) and mania (feeling up). It can sometimes present as extreme irritability. Bipolar disorder is often treated with “mood stabilizing” medications and therapy.

ADHD
ADHD includes difficulty concentrating and staying organized. It often starts at a young age, when people notice having trouble in school. ADHD is often treated with “stimulant” medications and organization coaching.
