Dr. Robinson is a psychiatrist specializing in Women’s Reproductive Mental Health. She is proud to provide care for women throughout their lifespan.
Dr. Robinson completed a four year psychiatry residency program at University of Texas Dell Medical School where she received specialized training in perinatal mental health from world renowned leaders in the field. During her time at UT Dell Medical School, she held leadership roles, including chief resident of inpatient psychiatry and chair for the work/life balance committee.
Dr. Robinson is heavily involved in young physician mentorship. She enjoys teaching medical students and residents. She received the prestigious Dell Learning Award for her dedication to creating a positive workspace and learning environment. She also received the Humanism in Medicine award for her compassionate care for patients. In her research, she has focused on quality improvement and patient safety. She has presented her work both locally and nationally and is published in national journals.
Born and raised in the Midwest, she completed her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan with a major in biochemistry. She then earned her medical degree from the University of Louisville where she developed a passion for women’s mental health and earned top honors in both psychiatry and obstetrics/gynecology.
Away from work, Dr. Robinson enjoys reading, board games, snow-skiing, and spending time with her husband and two young children. But let’s be real, she’s a doctor with two young kids. Her hobbies include sleeping and changing diapers.
